PART I: GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE ("TOS") AGREEMENT

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Payment: The premium for Outdoor Recreation Insurance policies is due on the purchase date. The premium is earned on the date of purchase. Payment is not finalized where an attempted credit card transaction is denied, cancelled, or is otherwise ineffective. If a finalized payment is not made by "You" (as defined in the Policy) to "Us" (as defined in the Policy), no coverage is or was in effect.

Refund: A full refund of premium is available any time prior to the effective date of coverage. Refunds are credited directly to the same credit card account used at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY METHOD OF DOCUMENTS EVIDENCING COVERAGE

All documents evidencing coverage are delivered via email to the email address provided by the purchaser. Electronic copies of these documents may also be accessed on-line through the purchaser’s password protected user account.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

This website is owned and operated by Security National Financial Corporation (SNFC) in behalf of its fully owned subsidiary, Security National Life Insurance Company. SNFC provides users with access to informational resources including communication and interactive resources pertaining to enrollment in Outdoor Recreation Insurance (ORI). ORI provides limited, single-premium, accident-only coverage. Materials set forth in this website provide brief descriptions of the important features of coverage. These materials do not constitute a contract of insurance and only the actual policy provisions will control. The policy and/or certificate of insurance sets forth in detail the rights and obligations of both the insured person and the insurance company. Therefore, it is very important that each insured person read their policy and/or certificate of coverage carefully.
